You can package and ship us the frame you would like to use or we can provide a shipping box to you. We will include a shipping label as well as instructions how to package your frames.

If you chose to package up your frames on your own, we recommend taking the following precautions to protect your frames during shipment.

• Place your frames in a hard eyeglass case.
• Use a bubble padded envelope or box with packing materials.

We will inspect your frames upon arrival. The Optician will begin crafting your prescription lenses based on the prescription information you provide. Once complete, The Optician will verify that everything is made perfectly to spec just for you and mount them in your frames.

Once complete, we will mail your finished glasses back to you with your new prescription so you can See Happy!

Plastic

Before you send in your plastic or acetate eyeglass frames take time to inspect them. Plastic frames can become dry and brittle over time. If your frame shows signs of cracking around the rim area it may not be able to handle the stress of new eyeglass lenses.

Metal

Choose this option for all types of metal glasses. Metal frames are made with a special groove to hold the lens in place.

Rimless

Rimless or drill-mounted frames hold their lenses in place using bolts placed through special drilled out holes in the lenses. When purchasing lenses using a Rimless frame you must select a Trivex eyeglass lens.

Semi-Rimless

Semi-rimless eyeglass frames or a half-eye frame commonly have the lens inserted into the frame and the other half held in place with a line inserted into a special groove of the lens.
